All ingredients smoked with hickory wood smoke for approximately 3.5 hours.

  • Brazillian Starfish Peppers
  • Purple Garlic
  • Carrot
  • Brown Onion
  • Roma Tomato
  • Lemon Juice
  • Coconut Water
  • Corn Flour (as thickener)
  • Salt
  • White Vinegar
  • Black Pepper
  • Vegetable Oil

Onion, Garlic, Carrot, Tomato sauteed in vegetable oil for 30 minutes prior to smoking.

All ingredients smoked with redgum wood smoke for approximately 3.5 hours.
